We start with your end use, target construction, handle and budget — or a sample you want matched.

Yarn Selection
Counts and fibre blends are chosen to hit the required strength, GSM and feel.

Weaving
Fabrics are woven on shuttleless looms for consistent construction and clean selvedges.

Finishing
Greige, bleached, dyed or treated — finished to the specification your product needs.

Quality Control
Rolls are inspected for construction, width, weight and visible defects before dispatch.

Packaging & Delivery
Rolled, labelled and packed for safe transport, with delivery planned around your schedule.
